The Rock Dallas Trail Run is a 5k, 15k or half marathon event.  This race is designed for runners at any level; from competitive racers to first time runners who want to get their feet wet with trail running!

We try to be be eco-friendly at all of our races. To reduce trail litter and overall waste, we do not supply cups at the aid stations. There will be water out on the course every 3-5 miles, but you are responsible for providing your own drinking vessel.

• 13.1 miler – 3 aid stations (the 4th station is at the start/finish line where there is a neutral table you can place any special nutrition you want). You come by that aid station when changing loops and will cross the timing mat for an interval time.
• 15k – 2 aid stations
• 5k – 1 aid station
